2.3 Technical Information: To ensure the stable operation of our services, we may collect technical data such as device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and network status.
2.4 Translation Content & Model Training Statement: Text and documents you submit for translation are processed in real-time to provide translation services. We expressly commit that we do NOT use your original documents or translation results to train or fine-tune our artificial intelligence models. Your data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your translation requests. To allow you to access your past translations, relevant content will be encrypted and stored as part of the built-in 'History' feature.
2.5 Payment Information: If you subscribe to paid services, we may collect payment-related information necessary to process your transactions. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers subject to their own privacy policies.
3. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE
3.1 We collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:
(a) Providing, operating, and maintaining the translation services and Platform functionalities;
(b) Processing your account registration and managing your user account;
(c) Processing payments and managing subscriptions;
(d) Improving and optimising our services, user experience, and Platform performance;
(e) Communicating with you regarding service updates, technical support, and customer inquiries;
(f) Ensuring the security and integrity of our Platform and preventing fraud or unauthorised access;

8. DATA RETENTION

(a) Translation content: Encrypted and stored to facilitate your access to translation history. To delete specific records or clear your entire history, please contact our Data Protection Officer or delete your account, upon which all data will be permanently removed from our servers;
(b) Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure;
(c) Technical logs: Retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting purposes.
8.2 Notwithstanding the above, we may retain certain data for longer periods where required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
9.1 Access: You have the right to request access to your personal data held by us and to obtain information about how your personal data has been used or disclosed within the preceding year.
9.2 Correction: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. We will make reasonable efforts to correct such data as soon as practicable.

11.1 We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyse usage patterns, and improve our services. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
11.2 We use first-party anonymous analytics to collect aggregated page view and feature usage data. After login, we may use an internal user identifier to associate product events. Analytics do not collect source text, translations, or other user content, and do not use third-party tracking cookies.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing your personal data.
13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without parental consent.
